Okay, it's a difficult time to purchase a vehicle and determine a fair price. Metro had a $2100.00 over advertised price for the typical items of little value. I wanted none of it, but was able to negotiate it down some. The place is clean, organized and professional. I liked everyone I dealt with and they did give me a good price on my trade in. Nothing was unpleasant, just not thrilled with the ad ons to the advertised price. Overall, I would recommend coming here. I got a very nice certified Nissan, my wife loves it!

We needed some explanation on a few things so we decided to call the sales person that worked with us at at Nissan of Redlands. We purchased a 2019 Nissan frontier. We were told that the the truck would be washed, cleaned, we where getting the original floor mats & fill the gas tank.  When we where leaving our salesman remembered to bring us a small box of products to wash/detail the truck.  Salesman did say that we could bring the truck back and they would detail it. It was not explained to us clearly at ALL that this small box of product cost us $795.00! That we did not ask for! The truck had roughly under a half a tank of gas and the truck was filthier than s***t. The floor Matt's looks like they're 10 years old ..Under the Matt's was like a kind of sand dirt that is end bedded in the carpet. We really didn't get to go over the truck, once you say yes, your inside starting paperwork.  I have a medical condition that I get very sick and lightheaded and can't think if I do not eat. We told them that we were going to go eat and come back, but they of course did not want us to go, even offered to go get something for us. My husband went to get food, which was the biggest mistake, because we should have left! We where pressured to get paperwork signed without really checking the truck out. When I called sale person said "well that was explained" to you. Who in their right mind pays $795.00 for a very small box of products to clean the truck? I use Chemical Guys myself! Plus ANOTHER charge of $895.00 for an alarm system that's was already on the vehicle. Nissan of Redlands I believe took advantage of two senior citizens both with health condition, just to make a sale and profit! I would not Recommend Nissan to Redlands to anyone.
