The Chittenango dunkin I've been to twice. Both times I've had my order come out either wrong or /nothing/ like the other dunkins I go to. Idk how they get it so wrong, but I won't be coming back.

Never , ever , ever make my coffee right no matter how many time I say it or try to work it out with them . So sick of wasting 5 bucks for frozen milk . Ask for a carmel frozen coffee bet I will get a cup of frozen milk. I live like 2 min from this 1 but I travel 20 min away now just so I can go to a dunkin that will make my coffee right!! They need to just train they staff better or something because that's rediocoulus 😒 if I could give 0 stars I would.

Everyone at this Dunkin’ is a sweetheart, I met Alex for the first time tonight & she was so kind & pleasant, even sparked up a nice little convo! Chittenango Dunkin’ does not miss! Love this location.

It has the temporary hours of 10-5 due to a lack of staff. It will hopefully resume the morning hours in the next couple of weeks
