Really disipointed in the drs they alow to work for them. DR carlos esteves is a pain managment dr. Who is saposed to help paicents in chronic pain. Whell that is exaclty what he dosnt do. He dosnt listen to paicents tell them there to fat. Witch is hard to take from a man over 250lb. Asks questions and then disregards answers dose what ever he chooses aganst paicents needs. Out right lies and missreprisents information. Mrs. Estives is medicaly abusive and dissmisses any actual concern from the pacients. His punitive childish behavior is quite alarming dor a physician. This seems to be a continuing behavior from kaiser MDS and DOs. I would really reconsider ever using a kaiser physician.

Went for my appointment. They have all the cautions for covid here. We were seated far apart or extra spaced seating in the hall. Gave you a new mask to see Dr. There was an emergency so things were later But they kept us updated. Staff was efficient and friendly. Parking was easy to find.

We used to love Kaiser, but they are sliding downhill fast. Two and a half months wait for a mammogram, that used to be within a couple of days. The Member Services office in Martinez is closed down. It's extremely difficult to get a referral for anything but x-ray and physical therapy. Getting the pharmacy on the phone puts you into an endless holding pattern. The lab will let you schedule an appointment online, but can run more than an hour late. We're gone as soon as we can change health care plans.

We waited weeks for an appointment at the Memory Clinic, eager to get the best possible care for our loved one. And so the patronizing, impersonal, and judgmental treatment we received was heartbreaking. Isn't it best practices to pay attention to the patient? Call them by name? Provide positive feedback? Be supportive of an exhausted caregiver? Instead the patient was ignored, we were repeatedly told to attend groups that, we'd explained, we were already attending, and the one antidepressant medication that seemed to be, finally, providing some respite was deemed too dangerous, although it wasn't clear why. Oh, but we did get recommendations for a few vitamin supplements. Seek compassionate, pragmatic care elsewhere.
