I received a letter t0 call for interview at Berrellesa Palms in Martinez called for 2day6no one answers, then woman finally answered and said I can't apply because my application says I'm a veteran and I told her I'm not a veteran. I pulled my application up on line and no where on it does it say I'm a veteran I don't know what's going on but I feel like they are picking and choosing who they want to interview of course tomorrow is the last day and then you're kicked off list this is just horrible. I'm 69 years old and in need of housing.

They are a nightmare for the landlords. Please stay away from this incompetent organization for your own sake.

They staff was very rude and unhelpful, no one answers the phone and they do not provide assistance whatsoever. I was basically told the wait list is closed so good luck because the wait is years long. Don’t waste your time people.

Get help through the new Car housing help!

Do u think it is right to go through the housing authority to get a voucher to not only use it at a residents where your own dad mom grandpa owns and lie to the housing authority that you don’t know the landlord to benefit yourself and your family.

i think that is just down right wrong and cheating the system. and cheating the people who actually need the housing. they should be punished and fined. cause i mean who wouldn’t want someone else paying for their mortgage and live rent free.
