A real hidden gem that this area should be grateful to have. If you look to see where the velodrome are in the east coast and good booking biking is, you would easily know and find this to be high on that list. So great that it's on the outskirts of the area (for now) and that they hold so many important events there. Very much so worth the time to watch or participate!

Public county park with walking & bike trails. Sometimes bike races are held. Not sure about other uses.
Yes there was world class racing on both Friday and Saturday over the 4th of July holiday but you and everyone else may not have been aware of that because of the lack of marketing that VPCC has done this season. Really sad.

As of now, yes. The forecast has improved slightly and we are hoping to run the full program. If that changes we will post to social channels and notify ticket holders via email.
At this point we are planning to have racing tonight. We will keep an eye on the weather and if that changes we will post to our social channels. But as of now racing is on.
Yes! General admission tickets allow you to sit in the grandstands in non-reserved seats.

There are several hotels near the velodrome. The closest ones are on Highway 100 in Fogelsville. There are also hotels on Hamilton Boulevard near Dorney Park.
