Mostly they are friendly and supportive but the lady working in very first counter of lab is so rude, I brought the stool tests and was asked to put it in the specific area where I didn’t do it properly and she started “ common sense common sense with harsh accent” then she put it properly and I left. Very annoying and disrespectful

That should be fine, When you go there you will find the many ushers, explaining to you where to go. 111 Allen is the tent, The other address is the center over the hill. In any case you are going to park in the same place and each one of you will go to the different outlet.
Good service the doctors and staff are friendly.
