My family and I have been coming here for over 25 years. It is always a pleasure to shop with them. They always have great prices and are always so helpful with letting you see and try on the merchandise. Most of the jewelry I own came from their extensive variety! There's always new products and if they don't have what you're looking for they take requests and go out of their way to look for what you want. I went in today and this is the first time I was helped by Cesar, he was very patient with us and took a lot of time out his busy work schedule to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He didn't pressure us into buying anything we weren't sure about. Cesar and all the employees are very kind. I recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for variety, great prices, and excellent customer service!!!

I came to King’s Jewelry on a Saturday morning as I was referred by a family member of mine, and I was helped by an associate named Cesar. He was so friendly, welcoming, and informative. Cesar explained everything to me perfectly and answered all my questions about monthly terms, payments, interest, fees, etc. and even explained how anyone traveling can make payments hassle free over the phone for convenience. As a customer I always like things to be explained in detail, especially when it comes to either purchasing or borrowing a loan that requires any type of payment installments. The process was so easy and fast, it could seriously not have been a better experience. I can say I got exactly what I wanted without any hassle, and definitely would recommend any other person to come here for either purchase or loan. No other jeweler has given me this welcoming environment nor any other associate has been as wonderful as Cesar. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Be aware! They will sell all your jewelry without notice. They infamous for that! All their 5 stars reviews are fake, they wrote to themselves. They stole more than a million dollars worth of jewelry and moved from one location to another.
They are liars. They have another store in Hawthorne. This location in Downtown is new. They moved around multiple times after helping themselves with millions $$ worth of jewelry.
Be aware! They already stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry from vulnerable people. They especially pray on women. They moved from location to location. I knew them since 1997. Many of their Hispanic employees helped themselves as well in a past when they didn't described items in detail and didn't make pictures. Criminals that still get away...

They are crooks. Your glasses are nothing in comparison to millions of dollars worth of jewelry they stole from other people. Notify Department of Justice Consumer Protection agency. Eventually crooks, manager and owner Sam has to get caught.
