Amazing falls and trail. There is a very very easy access to the falls right across it but for some reason it was closed when I visited. So we took a 0.8mil hike to reach it. After crossing the most half of hike we realized we just met the road that was there all along with easy access π but this place is a must visit and the town is amazing too.

Another great waterfall!!! The stairs are alot so if you are out of shape be prepared!!!! You can get up close to waterfall, definitely great photo ops!!! Osceola has lots of great restraunts and little bars!!! Mosquitoes are bad down by falls and along the paths in summer!!! Be prepared with bug spray!!!

It was quite a hike up and down and up and down, but worth it. The stairs have been closed, but they have an alternate route map. Cross the street and behind the BP, the trail to the falls begins. Follow Eagle Bluff Trail. There are some steep parts, but if youβre in decent shape and have decent balance, youβll do great. My husband and stepdaughter are afraid of heights and were scared at a couple parts, but they did it. It was hot when we went and the waterfall was really refreshing. Since the stairs are closed, thereβs less people down there. So, thatβs a plus. :)

As a local in the area i was saddened to learn that the city of Osceola will not pay, nor help pay to fix the stairs leading to the falls. Since apparently there are 6 businesses that the city says technically all own a piece of it all, it is sad to hear that even some of them will not help contribute to fixing these stairs. Tourism brings them tons of business, but now they are all hurting. This is a huge tourism attraction and alot of people can not visit it the way they should be able too. Reasons like this is why small towns fade out.....

Yes they are allowed but clean up after them and keep them safe on a leash...enjoy!!
No fee at all, but there are plenty of nice shops and restaurants near by that would definitely be worth checking out if you wanted to bring some extra cash π
No grilling at the falls.. There is grilling at other nearby parks. Like the Osceola landing on the st croix River
Wisconsin Interstate State Park, about 8 miles north, near St. Croix Falls.
Well it's a mixture of stairs and Hill climbs...and not much grooming!!
It's a trail through the woods and has a nice waterfall. I parked a few blocks away and walk over to the entrance.
