The areas are clearly marked. They have a map of the trails posted. The trails are maintained. Good quiet hiking not a lot of people to disturb the peace.

Shouldn't have any problems snow shoeing there. I am not aware of any rental services in the area but may be something near Taylor's falls or Osceola

No but you can see the river. It's a beautiful spot for sunsets.
