Great gym to come & get your workout done at especially early in the morning .There is nice selection of weightlifting equipment & cardio machines to use. There is a shake bar along with a variety of pre workout drinks you can buy. Owners are very nice & there on a regular basis.

Place is small, twice they charged my credit card for shakes on days I wasn’t even there. Now I just canceled my membership and they continue to charge. On top of that the place is filled with high schoolers from 2-6 pm
