Difficulty sounds mixed. Looks like a lot of stairs and elevation, but how are the trails? Are they groomed outside of the boardwalk? Is eagle bluff a trail or more of a climb?

Well it's a mixture of stairs and Hill climbs...and not much grooming!!

There are a fair amount of stairs, i believe around 114 stairs total. I used to know the exact number. The trails tend to be a touch overgrown, but still manageable. I'm not sure about Eagle Bluff - I've never been that way.

Alot of stairs for the waterfall but it's a beautiful sight and great place for swimming. Eagle bluff starts out a hill climb , but turns into a very nice relaxing scenic hike. Worth it as well.
