Terrible. Understaffed. Not open according to hours listed. I tried calling multiple times to see if I was able to do in person business and after 15 minutes of constant calling they finally answered and told me it would 30 minutes til I was able to see a teller. I don't know what's going on it's been going on for too long. We were also sent to another location instead of waiting.

I am here for the second day in a row. Have been waiting for twenty minutes. Idle staff at cashier stations twiddling their thumbs, while five or six customers wait for one account officer. Yesterday we waited 30 minutes before leaving without service. Today, it looks like it's the same thing. Reminds me of waiting in line at the border of East Germany. These guys need to get schooled in customer service. - Reply to Wells Fargo's response: I don't see any real point in having a phone call or email communication. I was driving one of you customers to and from the bank for security reasons, considering the neighborhood. I am not a customer, but the person I was protecting is. The person you need to talk to is whoever manages the staff in the branch to see where improvements can be made. I can't help you with that, other than pointing out the problem.
