Management of this facility is absolutely terrible. Vacant offices, shuffling staff on a weekly basis, don’t get me wrong there are some people that are good but for the majority they are terrible. Dave from the maintenance team is awesome, the maintenance team is great. The community has gone straight down the drain and it has become a violent hostile environment just to enjoy common spaces. You are attacked by your race, and discriminated by it as well. There is zero consistency across tenants, and if you were to sit down 100 residence over 70% of them would agree with that. The only reason some of those reviews are decent is they haven’t had to deal with management under stressful situations. There are fire trucks waking you up, swat raids, pot smoking, drug dealing, and I mean if that’s your definition of luxury, go Doran! And if any above management of the building ever listened to their residents it wouldn’t be this way. Avoid this place at all costs .

Update: We love Dave from the maintenance crew!! We just had him fix a couple things. So kind and willing to help. Our dog also loves him! My husband, dog and I have lived in 610 for almost 9 months and I can only say good things. First, the people who help run this place are very kind and hard working. The people who keep it clean do a fantastic job. The maintenance workers are so friendly and get things done. Front desk staff are always doing fun activities that go a long way. Second, the amenities are a nice to have and feels like we live in a resort. The way they take care of the grass/flowers and have rules keeps this place feeling upscale. If you see people complaining on the reviews, I find that it’s usually people who aren’t following rules or tend to be disrespectful with a shared community space. Overall, I would highly recommend 610. I love it here!

While this place is generally nice, it has 2 major issues. First off, building 3, which has all non-smoking rooms, smells like pot most days. It wouldn't be an issue if it was just the hallways and stairwells but our entire unit smells strongly of smoke. All of our neighbors have said the smell bugs them too with one of them moving out early to get away from it. Management will say they're looking into it but never do anything about it. Second, the amenities are ok but are constantly broken and have very limited hours. Want to play board games with your friends on a Friday night without disturbing your roommates? Hope you enjoy getting kicked out of the game room at 10. The game room has quite a few recurring issues. The golf/ football/ hockey simulator is broken almost every time I've been there and pieces of other games are constantly going missing or breaking. The sauna has been down a couple times since we moved here in January. This place has the potential to be great but lazy management holds it back.

Do not live here. The management is so terrible and rude. The maintenance guys were coming around changing air filters. On the day my floors was, I found out I had a miscarriage. I had just gotten home from my appointment and he was knocking. He saw me crying and then said he’d stop back later. He never stopped back. With all the stress, my air filter was the last thing I was thinking about. I log into my account to see I had a $50 fee for turning him away. I then had to prove my miscarriage to management to have the $50 fee removed. Even after expressing the guy said he’d stop back later. When you move out do not leave a single scratch, water mark on the carpet, a spec of dust anywhere. They WILL charge you beyond your security deposit. I was charged a complete random $647 with 30 days to pay it right over the holiday season. I was told the manager would call me and they never did. I randomly got an email that they sent the payment to collections. Terrible management. The concierge staff is so sweet and kind. Not sure where the disconnect went with management
