Will not be ordering from this Panera anymore. I have ordered twice from this Panera for delivery. Both times they forgot mine and my husband's bread bowls.... I understand once but twice is ridiculous. I did get refunded both times which is nice. The first time no one answered from the store. I had to go through corporate. The second time a manager answered I think the name is Christopher or something like that. He apologized and refunded but it didn't seem like he cared, was kinda short over the phone. He said it was his first week so he didn't know anything about the past. I asked if they could deliver the bowls and they said they don't do that. I would of rather of had the bowls than the refund but had to get the refund bc I couldn't leave at the time which is why I door dashed the order. Check your order if you do delivery or curbside. They don't seem to care about all the items you order.

What kind of person thinks it's okay to just leave food on the ground, especially when there's a table less than two feet away? Delivery instructions were quite clear.

Girlfriend and I went there today, we got breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Our sandwiches were both good, but the coffee wasn't. Mine was cold and her was lukewarm at best. Coffee should be HOT unless it order as iced.

This location is seriously horrible!! It is so unfortunate because I love Panera as a restaurant but this location needs higher expectations for their staff and management. Doordash automatically sets this location for orders. I gave this location about 4 chances and each time something went wrong. If I’m ordering my food to get delivered you would especially think I want to receive everything I paid for. I hope someone from this restaurant reads this review and says “hey we need to do better.”
