We did this a while ago. :) Called Congressman Aguilar's office and filed a complaint. This congressmans office is already aware of how people are treated here by staff and will intervene if necessary. Based on our positive experience with Congressman and resolution.

Take forever answering their phones been waiting for 45min and still no answer and they’re not even busy

I had a pleasant experience at this particular location. My temporary case worker Cynthia was fantastic and rather resourceful. I do not like the fact that they inundate you with endless questions regarding your income and education. It is none of their business, we are all tax payers therefore in search of better futures. However, the resources they do provide are sufficient and up to par.

There office is closed. Everything is over the phone. You can just drop off.
