Absolutely the BEST hospital I have gone to in years , maybe EVER . Class act all the way. All the staff was so very kind and supportive and compassionate , the kind of people the world needs more of right now. Thank you to Redlands Community hospital. And Good Job to all the ER Staff

As has been the case for many, many years the Emergency Department needs more help, it needs another Doctor. Millions were spent on a new ER but just as the old ER was, it's an all day affair of waiting, waiting for someone to do something, anything, having patients in distress going hours & hours, having to get up & check with staff "why have I been left here, forgotten about for so long with no updates?." I am thankful for these employees, they have been through so much these last two years, I do wish there was more help to get patients in & out though.

Redlands Billing Department Spoke to Cristine from billing many times. first time in December regarding medical bill for my son for $250, when I called regarding the bill and what did it cover for OT for my son with autism, she said it covered 3 months. The supervisor Monique never called when I had questions regarding this bill back in December. February got another bill for $975. Again they said it covered 3 months. Another month went by and got a bill for $1000. my insurance takes 3 months to process bills so by then I discovered my sons therapies were $250 each session for 30 min/week of OT/playing time. mostly for months December and January. By February I had to cancelled therapy because surprise bills just kept coming. They were kind enough to offer financial aid because I had quit my job in January, but its the principal and incompetence that infuriates me and had to pay more than 2000 dollars for OT.

If you go to the website it will give you all information about visiting hours and about visitation restrictions
I'm not sure .but call and ask them ?
Just one person
It depends on what floor your admitted to. The 5th floor has no shared rooms. The 4th floor has a few shared rooms but mainly single rooms. The 3rd floor has only one part that's shared rooms the rest is individual rooms. 2nds floor is predominantly shared rooms with a few single ones. And the 1st floor is not an admitted area. Keep in mind that each floor has its own specialty so it's not a matter of choosing a floor. Your health and diagnosis will determine which floor is appropriate for you.
I don't know you can call the hospital and ask, I don't work there my Aunt is a patient there.
Redlands Community Hospital is a Private Not for Profit Hospital according to my research.
Low staffing
My mom had hip replacement on the right side and the doctor and nurses were very nice and helpful.
Jennifer are you directing that question to me personally because I don't work at Redlands Community Hospital I just have clients go there because I'm a caregiver and I've never found any issues with any of their records I sincerely hope that that's not the case what you're asking me and I hope all is okay with you but as far as my personal involvement with the hospital is only having my clients go there in an emergency
Gary go to Google or the hospital website, they should have fax number listed I think. Or call them. I don't know fax number. Good luck.
This isn't a question for redlands community hospital. That is just the location where surgery took place. Your questions would be for the doctor. If last surgeon not available, ask another. Knee surgery's never come with life time guarantees, btw.
yes
Online or HR on the 3rd floor has paper applications outside HR door
It Varies. Depends on how busy we are
They do but it's not accessible to the public. Only Dr and Nurses. Sorry sir
They are a full service hospital, I don't see why not. They have everything.
There isn't a 2200 unit..
I would call the help desk at the hospital to coordinate when and where or you could go on the website to get that info which is very easy to navigate
Mon - Fri: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
