Kaiser is the Worst healthcare insurance ever...alot of doctors and nurses left, or goes on vacation alot..no more appts...Longer wait times are urgent care in Fontana...short staff, bad customer service...Good quality of care at Kaiser is gone. i am not surprise if kaiser goes out of business.

Self served test for Covid.
Very well organized.
Parked and self-served test.
It helps when you do E-visit before you arrived. You checked in the window by where the tents at. They give your test kit, self-served, drop the test kit to where designated instructions should be, done, go home and wait for your result.

Waited 2 months for an appointment, I get there and the receptionist tells me "you need to choose only one thing to talk to the doctor about cuz she has 5 minutes for you, is that okay or you want to make another appointment?" Doctor sees me for 5 mins, gives me motrin, just like every other time before. Save yourself time and go to rite aid.

Terrible care from this office. They literally don't care about you at all. I have 6 months of messages where they don't listen to me, don't offer help, I have to come up with my own solutions and they literally have a god complex. Literally will be switching insurances during open enrollment, because Kaiser is a business and doesn't care about you at all

yes, you can get a flu shot and you can walk in to get it done...just be aware there are certain times of the day there may be a line. also the shot nurse injection clinic is closed for lunch. 12-130
