Google & the JJ app both say they’re open til 8pm. therefore, the app let me submit an order & use an earned reward for my order. I get there, & they opened the door for me, but they couldn’t find my order. they then said I ordered too late because they now close at 3pm. I can’t find anywhere on the app to contact JJ to make sure I can get my reward back, & all of their info is incorrect as far as when they’re open until. please update these things so more people don’t have errant transactions go through when you’re not actually going to honor them.

I ordered at 12:52pm and it is now 1:47pm and I still have not received my order. Jimmy John's is 1.2 miles away from my place of work. There is no reason it should take this long.

This is, by far, one of the best Jimmy John's in the area! I order from them regularly and have never had any issues. My order is always fresh and made correctly, and I have never waited more than 25 minutes for delivery. Also, the delivery drivers are typically friendly and very polite.

Nothing spectacular, just a quick stop if your out of lunch options. Can get busy between 11-1. Whatever sandwich you decide on, Jimmy peppers are a must.
