This is hands down the best Subway I’ve been too. The manager Eliseo is on another level with customer service and overall store management. I will forever love Subway because of him! Highly recommended.

The guy who made my sandwich was horrible. He barely put any of the ingredients on and I kept having to ask him if I could have more of everything. He put four small cucumbers on a footlong. I don't get it! I'm not going back and instead I'm ordering across the street in the ridgedale Mall. It was a bad sandwich with scarce ingredients.

I placed an order at this subway and within 1 bite I found a finger piece of a latex glove. Ew. Covid. I tried calling the store to let them know about this, but no answer. Had to throw away my sandwich and the rest of my party lost their appetite.

Subway is alright & is sort of like McDonald’s or Taco Bell or Dominos. At the factory they have it everyday so there you have it. Pretty good $5-8 sub sandwiches

I'm not a worker, so I can't answer what they do as far as scheduled cleaning or similar. The location has the same rule as others, which is no eating indoors and the same mask mandate as seen elsewhere. Customers can walk in and order and orders placed online are put on a cart or rack near the door for easy pickup. Though if you bought a bottled drink or beverage it is best to let the staff know before grabbing a cup or bottle.
