This pool is seriously the best- never too crowded, lots to do, and they give the best swimming lessons. The teachers are super fun, play all sorts of games with the kids, and teach really well.

Simply a beautiful place!

Let me paint a picture for you of my one experience with Crystal Cove Aquatic Center. It’s a lovely July day. The sun is shining, not a cloud in the sky. I am taking my several children to cool down in what I think is a lovely family environment. What transpired was anything but lovely. We had been there for just around an hour, my seven children in the pool and me relaxing in the sun, when I heard screams from the other side of the complex. Alarmed, I turned to look and saw no less than seven turkeys rampaging through the crowd of pool goers. My dearest Lavinia, my third youngest, has a deathly turkey allergy. She was over near the wall that they turkeys had entered over. I was not fast enough to save her completely. We booked it out of there into my converted school bus that I use to haul my seven children but sweet Lavinia had red welts all over her body for three days after the ordeal. She has been permanently traumatized and has had to go to thousands of dollars worth of therapy. Good concessions though and the lifeguards were very friendly.

What a great public swimming pool that has a little bit of everything for everyone in the family. Get there early as poolside chairs go quickly. My kids absolutely loved the two waterslides. Concessions are also very reasonable with prices standing from $1-3 for nachos, ice cream, drinks and more. We will definitely be back with the kids.

Yes
I'm sure it's due to COVID restrictions. But you do not have to wear a mask when entering or leaving, or even at the concessions! Hope this helps.
