Have been to this location twice recently. Last time they forgot an entire sandwich and today I went and was asked to pay even though my bank statement shows purchase and the app said food was ready for pickup. Manager was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care, even after emphasizing repeated issues at this location recently. He eventually decided to let me have my food that I PAID FOR. NOT my fault your system didnt get the order if my app shows me everything is good to go and provides me a pick up code. At the end of the day its McDonald's and not a 5 star restaurant, but as a paying customer that this has repeatedly happened to you guys HAVE to do better training at this location both logistically and customer service wise!!

It's mcdonalds. Even a great location with amazing staff isn't going to fix what the company is. 5 stars to the employees, -5 to the company as a whole and their food quality. If your location is looking for a review in not the person to give it and I apologize for whatever backlash this gives but I hope McDonald's doesn't exist by the time I have grandkids.

Most every restaurant around here except for a few eat-in restaurants are all drive-thru, I've had a few bad experiences with the drive-thrus recently but, they just have to pay more attention to what people ask for, and slow down a little bit in order to get all the orders right
