The customer service in this store is literally pathetic. The lady in customer service did everything should could to delay me after I explained I had a P.T appt. Purposely taking her time.

Unbelievably slow, understaffed and the staff isn't trained well. But the armed security guard has plenty of time to harass you. Pass on this one unless it's 3am and then still expect to wait to self check out.

I come and get spicy chicken here a couple times a month. It's always hot and the right amount of spice. There is one girl who works in the deli area, I believe her name is haylee (probably spelled wrong) she is super nice, great customer service, she is always smiling. I love when I walk in and see her, I automatically know the chicken will be nice and hot and I get the best attitude from her.

There's always enough workers around so it's not about the store, but moreso the products. As a native Minnesotan, born on Cub Foods, Cub has never had to earn my trust or support. It just always simply was the place to grocery shop. But as an adult with awareness, this place is disgusting. 80%, if not more, is processed garbage that costs too much to be half empty. The produce is either rotting, on the verge of rotting, or hilariously expensive for being the only "real" food in stock. At this point, I just go in to look at the meat and maybe grab $10 of ground beef and a loaf of bread. Inflation doesn't help with $3.59 for a dozen eggs. There's no excitement or pride in what's to offer. It's like a cemetery for the living. They've attempted to at least be more creative with the deli, which I'll occasionally eat just because, who knows what kind of quality that chicken is. (And absolutely nothing comparable to Hy-Vee's deli & sushi.) It's a depressing place and we do ourselves a disservice by continuing to support it. I'll probably transition to shopping at Almstead's or Aldi's. Also, where the heck are the baskets...

During the recent remodel the pop was moved to the east wall by pharmacy.
Yes. But they have a separate entrance.
I believe you pull in and park in the designated parking spots specifically for pick up and then call them and tell them that you are there for your pick up. Of course before all that you need to place your order and think you can do that online and over the phone.
Thank you!! That's exactly what I was looking to buy. I love the maple bacon. But Cub's in Brooklyn Center DOES NOT have meat counter I was just there last Friday.
Its 24 hrs but Idk if they are open. If you call they will let you know
They do not carry ready made devilled eggs. You have to make them yourself.
