I believe you pull in and park in the designated parking spots specifically for pick up and then call them and tell them that you are there for your pick up. Of course before all that you need to place your order and think you can do that online and over the phone.
I never did that part... U would need to call the store for info... I do my own shopping, I do not let them shop for me then pick up.. Sorry, i can't be of much help..
