I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan the service advisor, he was an excellent help and provided incomparable service. I have had not so great of experiences at other dealerships however I definitely recommend going to him as I will be going to him for all of my future service needs.

First time using any Mercedes dealership service and I had an Overall great experience. Called and got an appointment very easily. They said loaner cars are first come first serve so I showed up at 7:50 for an 8 am appointment, first one in the lot before they opened and somehow they were still out of loaner cars? No problem there just a little confusing to me. Instead I got a Lyft ride to and from my destination free of charge which was very nice. Overall the staff was very nice and accommodating, I told them I may have been unable to pickup my vehicle before they closed and they parked my car out front and left the keys with someone who stays a little later for me. They also went through and checked the air in my tires and cleaned them which I did not expect. I would recommend this service.

The actual work on my Sprinter was excellent. The Communication with the service writer was way subpar.... I wasn't a nag but I needed answers. Then they lost my keys. I had to get a loaner to go home and get my back up keys. Three days later, they find my keys, promise to deliver them to me for days. Finally I drove over and the service writer had them in his desk drawer, no concern about getting them to me. I was really disappointed. His repsonse was, ' Hey...."

So the dealership called me because there's a recall on my vehicle. I was skeptical about going back because I had a bad experience on my last service. Everyone deserves a second chance. I scheduled the appointment, and since my car was due for another service, I decided to have both performed. My service advisor was very professional, and called later to say that they needed to keep my car overnight. He even offered a loaner car, but since he stated that I should have my car mid-morning I declined. Flash forward to today. By noon I have heard nothing from the dealership. I call and find out he's off, but am promised another advisor would call me. By 2:30pm, no call. I call and asked to speak to a manager. Leave a voicemail. No call back. By 4pm, I call again and are told that the manager has left. I'm also told that they are missing parts and the car won't be ready until Monday. At this point I'm also told that I will be 9th on the waitlist for a loaner. I'm livid. Twenty minutes later I get a call stating that my car is ready, and the advisor has no idea why I was told that parts weren't available. I have my car, but have no idea if it was really serviced! I will NEVER go to this dealership again. I advise you to go elsewhere too!
