This is the best urgent care center around! Courteous staff, efficient service, clean location, and helpful, professional doctors. Also, the reservation system can greatly reduce time in the waiting room! I wish I had known about this place when my son was little. Highly recommended.

As much as I hate having to go to urgent care, I'm just as glad that Burbank Urgent Care is there. I always forget that I can make a reservation. It still works out fine because the wait seems to go by quickly. Dr. Lee is the best. I feel like I not only get the urgent injury gets taken care but he offers referrals for more care. I find that very helpful.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Everyone is courteous, quick, and takes their time for your personal care. I was able to do a walk in with minimal wait time. The receptionists were very kind and the doctor I saw was Lee . Dr Lee was kind hearted, a very very nice man and uplifting individual, he stitched my father Primo within Minutes. Nurse Kimberly was very nice she translated to my dad in Spanish clearly . We left amazed honestly it doesn’t feel like a medical office. I felt like I was in spa, relax no worries staff was super welcoming, the place didn’t feel creepy. Thank you Dr Lee, and your wonderful staff.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily online. The Clinic was conveniently located. They have ample free parking right by the entryway. The check-in process was smooth. I was called back before my appointment time & seen by a very nice physician. I needed an Ultrasound so was asked to return in an hour. The US tech was a very knowledgeable & kind woman who performed the procedure right there in the clinic. Following the procedure, the physician returned within 5 minutes & gave me a referral to a specialist. This was a very professional & streamlined experience & I would definitely use this service again as well as recommend it to others. I am a HC professional myself so I know what to look for & this clinic is above standard in my opinion & with my experience there.
