Was very satisfied with the repair of my RV. The staff was very accommodating as I live in Missouri and the RV was in California needing repair. I didn't feel that I was taken advantage of, and it would have been very easy to do this. Victor worked directly with the warranty company and got most all repairs covered. I was able to sell my RV from this location. Carley was so very helpful in accomplishing this and I am eternally grateful.

After claiming to be an authorized repair center for an appliance in my RV (under warranty from the manufacturer), they kept my RV in the shop for 5 business days. They also would have charged a $120 fee for diagnosing the problem. Eventually, after I called to get information on my RV, I was told that they actually don’t service te appliance on the premises, but that they farm it out to a real authorized repairs service and, that since they had not been able to get in touch with said service, the appliance had not even been looked at. I find this to be a very misleading and dishonest practice. I would not do business with this repaire shop.

We took our RV here for some minor fixes, along with the transmission. My husband noticed at the time that almost everyone who worked there did not have masks on. He told them that we needed the RV back on 12/28. We heard nothing from them for over a week, so my husband started texting 12/27 and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. He was finally able to call and get ahold of someone on 12/29 and he was told that everyone was out due to a Covid outbreak. At that time the person was unable to tell him if any of the work was done. He called back again and that person told him that none of the work was done. So our RV sat there for 1-2 weeks and no one bothered to call to tell us that there were issues. Then when my husband went today to picky the rig up, no one had masks on again - WITH AN ACTIVE OUTBREAK. It cost us $120 in Ubers for him to take it there and pick it up for absolutely nothing…not even any communication from Metro that it was unable to be worked on. The absolute worst customer service and completely irresponsible behavior.

HORRIBLE...$5000 bill....what a mess .flooding from hot water heater replacement carpet and floor board SOAKED!! STAINS ON CARPET .Check Engine light still comes on....new window installed OFF the tracks..cannot open windows or use screen ..response from METRO . we are sorry for inconvenience..BS!! Owner walked away while I was speaking w sales rep....PLEASE go somewhere else..unless you have money to burn on both ends. .
