They corrected my glasses strength, and honestly made me stress less knowing I wasn't going blind (my previous eye doctors said that I needed a stronger prescription, but they didn't take into account something my eyes do). I don't know the big words for it, but it honestly put me to ease.

Everything went well except for pick up. They called once and didn't leave a message so I didn't know my glasses where ready to pick up. Then when I stopped in, the front desk couldn't tell me on average how long it takes for glasses to get adjusted. Glasses adjustments are a daily occurrence so I'm unsure why she couldn't answer the question. Also for covid cleaning, they clean the chairs inbetween people but not the desk. The waiting area isn't cleaned inbetween people.

Best eye doctor I've ever SEEN! Get it?... Doc was hilarious and described eyes using politically correct terminology. The employees were great too. Even the Amish come here.

Had an appointment at 9 am today for an eye exam. Went in 5 minutes early and had to wait for a family that walked in after me with no appointment. Finally got seen by the doctor and then had to wait for the entire family to order glasses when again they had no appointment. I asked if there was anyone else that could just look and see if they had trial contacts but was told very rudely, no our systems are down. Was told I can wait or leave. Mind you, I've already waited an hour. The receptionist was incredibly rude after I again asked if I could pay. Literally trying to give them money. I ended up leaving. My husband went back in to them talking about me. All in all I'd say I'll never go back there.

Which insurance
Unfortunately I'm not too sure. When I walked in I already had my prescription for my glasses. When getting glasses they signed me right in; however if you're asking about a walk in eye appointment unfortunately i don't have the answer to that
