Well let's see... The most pleasurable experience for with fast is the fries. These were not pleasurable in the least. They were small portions tasteless, limp, old, luke warm, the dregs (bits and mushy pieces)of the last of the fries before fresh ones were poured in. The sandwich wasn't bad, the diet Dr Pepper was good but as I say the fast food experience is quality of the fries so I was not happy. Ordering process was smooth and fast the menu was legible and colorful

I normally love this place but I went there tonight and got two mini sonic blasts. One of them was normal, but the other was 2/3 full only at the top with a giant hole with no ice cream at the bottle on the cup. Very disappointed. There was also a hole in the bottom of both cups.

I ordered the special chocolate mocha mixer on the app. I was about 5 minutes away. I tried entering an arrival time, and I was informed that I was too far away and to let the restaurant know when I arrive. I pulled up into a stall. I notified the restaurant on the app which stall # I was parked in.. In a few minutes a guy brings me someone else's order. He states "My bad" and goes off to find the correct customer. So I wait and wait Ok there is one car completing their transaction and takes off. So I wait and wait. I look around and I am the only car on this side of the restaurant. So, finally I walk up to the drive thru window, and this melancholy looking representative asks me what I want. I tell her that I have been waiting over 20 minutes for my mixer. She say "Oh, I'll bring it right out". 6 minutes later a carhop brings mixer. She apologizes and tells me that no one told her I was there. Mixer, hmmm see the picture. My mixer was not mixed at all. It was all vanilla ice cream with chocolate bots on top. I tried mixing it with my spoon with only moderate success. Then, to my dismay, I reached the lower part of my desert. It was inedible concentrated mocha powder. I finally found the mocha flavour that I was missing, but not in a good way. 🤢

Usually this is our favorite Sonic in the Twin Cities. Unfortunately they’ve gone down hill recently. We ordered drinks and snacks from the drive thru, and when my wife tried her drink she said something is horribly wrong. Her Coke Zero with chocolate and cherry had chocolate milk in the drink. Receipt has no store number to fill out the survey. Highly unfortunate and hope the quality improves soon!

It's for safety purposes..... Both for the employees and customers. Employees don't want to be potentially robbed and customers don't want to potentially get run over by a vehicle in the groove-through who couldn't see you.
