Just spend the extra 20$ and go to a real barber. Avoid older lady with glasses on her nose - has her work stall in the middle on the right. Didn’t dry my hair or remove the excessive from my shoulder or hair... Didn’t listen to anything that I said and seemed to get upset when I commented the length and look that I wanted. She used less than 15 minutes and hair looks choppy and is way shorter than I wanted.

Got my hair “cut” today by an older woman who wore her glasses very low on her nose. Her station was mid-way up the right side of the store as you walk in. This was easily the worst haircut experience of my life. She set the clippers way to close and mowed a nice bald spot into the side of my head. When I asked if she could even out one spot she said “No. I don’t have the tools. You need to go to a barber.” The cut took about 8 minutes. When I went to pay, she wouldn’t accept my coupon. So I said ok and took out my credit card and swiped it. She yelled “Can you read?!” I said “yes I can in fact read.” Then she said “well then you’d know it says to insert your card after you select the tip.” That’s the opposite of how it usually goes. Regrettably, I tipped her. The cut was so terrible, her customer service and manners were so awful and rude and to spend the time waiting and the money to get treated like this AND get a horrible cut…it was pretty surreal and unbelievable. You’ve been warned. I’m not one to do this, but I’ll be calling the company tomorrow to have a friendly chat. I also have a major public event tomorrow, which was why I got a cut to begin with. This is just so disappointing and humiliating. Never again.

I've been going to this Great Clips for almost 20 years with the majority of the Stylists still there. That speaks volumes about this location. Always great service and conversations for a relatively cheaper priced haircut. I'd pick this place any day over the fancier, more expensive salons.

great clips doesn't do hair color it takes to long they have 10 to 15 minutes to get you and out so if ask for a shampoo they get mad
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
