Nice little store. Great price on basic print jobs when compared to other places. Every staff I’ve spoke with here has been friendly and professional. Keep up the good work!

Thank goodness for THIS SPECIFIC UPS STORE!!!!! Oh my gosh, I spent like an hour and a half calling around other local UPS stores for notaries to get done asap for an important house closing crisis. As soon as clerk 17814 (I can't believe I didn't get his name, but the awesome south Asian?? guy with a nice watch) said he's available until 7 I said I'd drive there immediately. Anyway, both people there were very considerate and provided excellent service for me and my husband while we were in a frenzied rush. We had 40 pages to print, like 10 things to notarize, and needed next day shipping. They were very professional and patient and honestly without the sheer speed of the notary we would not have closed on our house in time!!! Perfect 5/5 experience, would highly recommend. I normally only write reviews for restaurants but this experience is the exception. :)

It’d be easier to catch a falling cactus than to work with this franchise. Every time I’ve had to go in I hear them constantly contrasting corporate vs their franchise while nickel-and-diming. Everyone and everything seems like an inconvenience. I now only drop things off like Amazon here and do business elsewhere.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. David & Balla treated my mother & sister as if they were criminals. He accused them of shipping guns because they wanted to ship my Louis Vuitton backpack and insure it for $3,000. I called & spoke with David and he said he doesn’t believe a backpack would be that expensive. He told them they had the right to refuse service. Funny thing is, firearms can be as cheap as a few hundred dollars. Feels very racial but what can I expect from dewights

I have dropped off return packages from Amazon at this location with no issues at all. I just printed out the return label and taped it to the box, then they scan it there as proof that it was received there to be returned. Or if you don't have a label and instead received an email with a bar code or QR code to scan, then they'll scan that there and print out a return label to put on the package. When returning Amazon packages you can go to any of the UPS stores to drop it off, just make sure you treat it like a regular transaction and have the person scan it in so you receive a receipt as proof of the date it was returned should you need it if there's a problem on Amazon's side with not receiving it back by deadline.
This is a forum to ask the general public generalized questions about a location. You'll need to go to their website or call them directly.
