I like small town post office and this one's a great one in my opinion. I was in there today and received tons of help with some questions I had about flat rate shipping and options I had for saving money on shipping. I've always received very courteous service with little to no wait time at this post office. What I like is that they listen to my request and give me shipping options to choose from, and I especially like that every person has not only been helpful, but they are actually friendly which I think is a benefit to this small-town post office.

Worst customer service. Yes, the older lady. I will continue to do anything I can in order to bybass any service by that rude and lazy attitude. Even if this means going to the Longmont PO.

Probably the worst post office I've ever been too, they seem very disorganized and make things much more difficult than other locations. If an older white haired woman is there, try to avoid her, she is very rude and unpleasant, the other employees are friendly enough though

The worst customer service ever. Said it was ok to come back with birth certificates for passports but when we showed up the rude lady said you have to reschedule. Even though the lady who we checked in with was like ok do you need pictures taken? The other lady which I won’t name acted like she had so much to do. So all in all you shouldn’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to treat ppl and say somethings on then change your mind. I’ll never go here again and I hope that lady has a great day(sarcastically) speaking!

yes..passports are at Frederick Post Office
Because you are probably one of a thousand people that he is delivering mail to that day. It's nothing personal, but these guys are overworked. They get paid well, but a lot of times they are doing 2 or 3 routes a day because the US Post Office is over burdened and understaffed.
