We were given a notice about yellow patches in our grass. We're working on correcting this already but what I find frustrating is they have yellow patches of grass in the common areas that they maintain. We also got a notice about weeds. I do realize that some sprang up since my Husband pull them two weeks prior but geez... not everyone here is retired. I will sell my place after a few years living here, this has left me with a huge distaste for the YES communities. I'd also like to add that our neighbors noticed the maintenance crews looking into our garage window while we were out. Be aware! These people also take creepy pictures of your house while you're out. I had been working on pulling weeds that had sprung up. We were given a notice with creepy pictures. Now they are giving me old picture telling me I'm not keeping up and they will charge me for site maintenance. I will seek legal counsel if this harassment continues. If you're going to leave me a notice with a picture then make sure it's current. I'm taking my own picture now.

Someone I know recently moved there. It is very clean and the residents are friendly. They workout room is one of the best I have seen and the clubhouse holds events and let's residents use it for parties.

I'm thinking the bad reviews of this place are correct. I called yesterday to ask questions about the community because I found a home for sale I was interested in. I tried the receptionist, sales dept, and office manager extensions in the middle of the day and no one answered at all. I tried for about 2 hours and not only did no one answer, but I left a message that was never returned. If this is how this place is managed, look elsewhere, buying into a community with management staff this bad would be a nightmare.

Nice and quiet area. Very green despite the high density of buildings. I was looking to buy a modular home at this location but their land lease policies were a bit of a joke (yes, you read that right. Land lease on a modular home). ~$700 a month on top of the actual price of the home? Talking to a realtor this is apparently for the next 30 years until the lease is paid off, so that they didn't have to roll the price into the home itself. But at an annual inflation of %5 ? Please, just slap the land cost into the mortgage so we can raise the value of the property and bundle it into a mortgage. Nice place to visit, but at those rates I can't suggest buying!
