Our experience at the Fredrick, Colorado Denver Mattress location went extremely well! Phil was our sales rep and he took the time to make sure we knew what all of our choices were, patiently explaining the difference between each one even though we kept him past closing. He was very informative, kind, and patient, not pressuring us in any way knowing that we may not be making a purchase decision that evening. We did end up making our purchase that evening and couldn’t be happier with the service we received! The other staff there seemed friendly and willing to help in any way as well and were considerate in asking if we were working with someone already, which we were as we had spoken to Phil on a prior occasion. If you want great service from a clean store and knowledgeable staff, go see Phil at the Frederick location.

Pierre the assistant manager at Denver mattress was so great working he helped us switched out our mattress. Also helped us pick the perfect mattress and took his time to make sure we were satisfied. He was Quick and super friendly! Definitely will be coming in the future

I went into Denver Mattress knowing I needed to buy a mattress over President's Day Weekend looking to get a good deal. I laid on several unassisted and walked around looking for a good bed. Pierre saw me walking by, offered his assistance, and after listening to my needs, suggested a mattress that I had not tried before. I am thrilled with my selection and can't wait to have it delivered.
