Rushed through ordering even though I was only one in line. Tried to tell them multiple times i didnt want my sandwhich heated cuz i wanted it for lunch. Then they argued with me about not wanting it cooked. Then lied to me about whether sandwhich was fully cooked. Guess I know better then to go to this ziggi's again

Love Ziggi's coffee but two weeks ago my hubby took me to get a coffee. We had to get a cup holder because we bought four coffees. The employees didn't securely put the cups in the holder and all 4 coffees ended up in my lap. Thank goodness I didn't get severe burns, no hospital trip. But still took my thighs a good week to feel better. Lesson learned, I will check how secure the cups are in the cup holder next time. This is why this shop only gets 2 stars from me

I go to this Ziggis location several times a week! All the employees are sooo friendly, kind, professional. They always have smiles on their faces and ask about my day. It truly is a great start to the day when I go to get my coffee and am greeted by happy individuals who care. Thank you all for all you do! You make Frederick a better place!

I have stopped at this Ziggi's a few times now and I will say this. The woman working the counter the past 2 days is Great!! She greets me with a smile Everytime and our conversation makes my day!!😁
