The team was very friendly kind and caring. Rated it a 3 as the time to get things done was a tad excessive. In fact I left without discharge paperwork as 20 minutes to give me a paper for a common cold was the icing on the cake. Prior to that everything did take long but the care team did check in every 20 mins or so. But certainly was a long process

Didn't have to wait very long , receptionist is thorough and sweet. Dr. Jernigan was very communicative, listened to my questions and guided me through her answers. I appreciate her knowledge while feeling down to earth talking with her. I actually enjoyed meeting with her given my circumstance. :) thank you Dr. Regan

This place has absolutely predatory billing practices. Unless you have a excellent insurance, please avoid this place. They charge you separately for facility and physician even if it’s an urgent care visit. I’m getting charged over $2000 dollars (after insurance) for an uc visit where they barely did anything and referred me to a specialist. They are not willing to help or negotiate. I wish I had time to read reviews for this place before going there and save myself a lot of stress
