You don't post operating hours...it says to call for hours, but you don't answer the phone. Maybe you should reconsider operating an urgent care clinic.

This spring i needed to bring my fiance to urgent care since her insurance goes through mercy and even though it was during business hours the doors were locked and when i called them it rang and eventually hung up. Her throat was swelling up during this time and had to rush her to Cox to get her an epi pen. Today, i tried contacting urgent care for an ear infection i have and their phone line just rings and hangs up after a couple minutes. After using mercy all my life in springfield it is astonishing how bad of service mercy provides in branson compared to springfield. I would reccomend saving your time and going to Cox or driving to springfield but after these negative experiences and hearing about mercy's internal issues from friends and family I prefer not supporting mercy financially and urge anyone reading this to do the same.
