We’ve played a lot of top rated courses and walked away in wonder. Branson Hills left me wondering why we played. Overprice, over-rated goat track. The course was so dry and poorly maintained. The greens were like gooney-golf. Save your money, there are many other nice courses in the area.

This was our second time visiting this course and we will not be returning. While it is a great layout and very challenging, the fact that they are charging full price after green aeration and topdressing is absurd. Our golf balls were completely covered in sand while putting and the putter face is completely covered by sand after contact. Not only did the course not mention this pre-round but no discount was offered when the issue was discussed with the starter. If you are spending around $200 for a round go play Big Cedar courses where they appropriately compensate you for any greens issues that affect quality of play.

Our general rule is a maximum of four players per group but we do allow some exceptions to allow five depending on the number of overall players and with the understanding that all faster groups must be allowed to play through.
