Went through a agency on accident and the agency branson shows had no clue what they were talking about and failed to tell us we had to pick up tickets from them and they tried to argue with the woman at the ticket booth. They were very understanding and still let us go through. I was very frustrated and they treated us with kindness and understanding. I do think y’all need to not deal with branson shows agency anymore though at all. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding. And the ride was awesome.
