I was transferred from St. Jude and I have been here at Kindred Brea for 3-4 months. The nurses are reliable and answers my call lights. Doctors are great. Dr. Khabaz and Dr. Tran are my primary doctor. Therapy department Jaime and Irene made me stronger and helped me walk. Veronica patient advocate was always rhere when we needed her. When we had issues and questions she was always there to help. The food is okay; they need more options.

This Hospital is great . I go visit my mom every day. The staff do a good job keeping me informed on what’s going on with my mom . From they ICU to they regular rooms. I’m happy with the care she is getting . When my mom first got there I had a meeting with several staff like the case managers , rehab, the pharmacist , and patient representative. They all informed me on they plan and it’s been going good since my mom been there for about a month already . The rooms are cleaned daily and so is my mom. Also the patient representative (Veronica R.) goes above and beyond to make sure your happy with the care your family is getting . She is amazing and kind . All the staff has been great . I would definitely recommend this place .

My experience with the patient advocate. Veronica was excellent. She took care of my meal orders. She was kind and easy to talk to. If I needed help she was always there to assist. Physical therapy department ( Jaime and Jeff ) was competent and got me to walk again. These two together are like Batman and Robin. Irene OT was wonderful and helped me to be more independent. Case Manager Janice helped with whatever I needed to go home and always had a smile. I had two wonderful wound nurses Vanessa and Anita. I would recommend Kindred Brea to everyone.

Kevin Chavez the CEO of this hospital has an amazing heart for the hospital, staff, and most importantly for the patients. If you had any questions or needs he is very personable to talk to. He made himself available after hours and helped my family when they had concerns. His pride is in his patients to get stronger to go home. This hospital is very neat and clean. I highly recommend this hospital.
