My daughter and I were both seen. Her for some pain in her chest, right side. Me for pain in my hip that went down my leg. The people were very professional and friendly. They did everything to help us, and to ease our minds . Because my daughter always thinks the worse. I am still in pain, but resting like I was told too. It was my sciatica nerve. Everyone from the front desk to the na, to the Dr. Was very professional. I will definitely be going back .

I went in for covid testing and was treated with respect and kindness by everyone I encountered. I didn't feel that they were processing me like just another walk-in/statistic. They listened, asked questions and explained their process. I actually walked away wishing they were my primary care doctors. PS: result was negative but the very nice lady doctor had already discussed next steps if I tested positive and what to do if I tested negative. Very reassuring. Making an appointment online was easy and you can also complete the paperwork online. I recommend this facility.

Went in for testing per employer request. Was told by an employee at this location to come back Tuesday for walk in availability. Closed Tuesday. Called call center. Was directed to alternate location. This location did not do testing. Was directed to another location told, "Go after 6pm they can see you". Went to final suggested location. This location would not test me saying they were busy. Worst experience I've had for healthcare customer service. I will be asking my employer to discountinue using their services.

Dr Lim & staff were so friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Super efficient system as well- I highly recommend making an account and an appointment online and filling out all your paperwork before you go. I was seen in less than 5 minutes since all my paperwork was completed, and my total visit was less than 20 minutes!
