Worst mobile home park ever! Management is horrible. They never answer the phone or emails but Linn is there M-F 9-5. Management is very unprofessional and the space rent is ridiculously high. They don’t have rent control in that park and take advantage of mobile home buyers. In our expirence we were going to buy a mobile home CASH and space rent was supposedly 1,500. When we submitted our applications, Linn the site manager was aware that we had bank statements instead of paystubs she said no problem that’s all we need we’ll let you know if you qualify for the park within 5 days. A week later after she finally decides to answer our phone calls she says tax returns are needed, we were frustrated but we turned them in and she let us know that we would get a call within a day or two. 2 WEEKS pass she finally says we’re approved so it took THREE weeks for us to get approved by the park. Nonsense! Our escrow closed 5 days after Linn finally got back to us. When we went back to sign our contract with the park, she stated that the rent would be 1,750. Excuse me?! We let her know that it was listed for 1,500 monthly lease and that we were also going to let the current homeowners rent out the home since they took forever to approve us and that pushed the current homeowners move a bit back so they needed another month to stay. We agreed they would pay 1,500 for rent plus utilities. She said we’ll that’s the minimum here at this park. Management wasted our time and efforts, Linn should of let us know space rent when we submitted our application to get approved by the park. I feel bad for homeowners that buy a home at this park and still have to worry about mortgage payments on top of their ridiculously high monthly rent.

Been living here for about 1 1/2 now. Every time I call the office never fails, NO ANSWER. They broke in to my house on Friday didn’t get home till Friday night, called the “weekend manager” to notify her knowing that she wouldn’t be able to help me. 2 weeks later no call from the park manager to at least pretend she cares. It took me 3 weeks to get a hold of the park manager to let her know our light pole outside had been dead for the past month. It’s like I’m calling the office even though we don’t leave Voicemails call us back We are tenants we must need something. Rent is expensive, I’d understand if we had a nice caring management team it wouldn’t matter, but we don’t. No one drives around the park to patrol only unless invoices/memos are being dropped off. It’s sad to say that I love my manufactured home, but don’t like where it’s located. Guess management doesn’t care just as the other reviews say.

Lived here for 7 years, woke up to beautiful surroundings every morning. Lori the park manager is fantastic!! Always very helpful and attentive to resident needs. Great schools and enjoyed the peace and quiet the park offers.

We've lived here for over 10 years with our girls and have had no issues with management. We really enjoy living here because we feel like we live up in the mountains and my girls like to go hiking in the back by the creek. My neighbors are all great. I love the piece and quite up here. The schools are what brought us here.
