The two stars are for the lady who came in from the back to assist me. She was very helpful and courteous! The woman who was initially at the front desk doesn't need any job of greeting the public in my opinion! After calling first, and spoke to whom I assume was the same person at the front desk, I decided to go in person instead because I had a feeling did not take my information down. The MOMENT I walked through the door this woman looked at me and bucked her eyes at me and gestured as if to say, "WHAT"!!!! Rather than reciprocate what I received from her, I put the paper that the Porterdale officer had given to me about some program for 1st time traffic violations up to the window. She went to the back to get someone more 'suitable' I guess, to assist me. While I'm yet standing there, an older lady walked in and apparently they were expecting her. No offense to the lady who walked in because she was completely oblivious to what had occurred b4 she walked in, but the rude lady's demeanor was totally the opposite of how she treated me! I am a "black" woman and of course the other woman was "white". As someone who is well traveled, and as served in the military I am vert careful to not pull the race cards, but THIS!!! So obvious to me! MORAL OF THIS STORY: EVERYONE. I repeat, EVERYONE deserves to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of gender, race, ethnic or economic status!!! ALL are equal in the sight of The Almighty who weighs the heart(soul) of each individual!!! No one should have to go through this tragedy!!!

The front desk receptionist is very rude as a receptionist you could have a better attitude when helping customers that is trying to move to your area. I never heard of credit been ran for water and your deposit can be from 100.00 to 900.00 dollars.
