Purchased a small part for my bumper from their website and it was wrong sided. Returned the unused part for a simple exchange as requested. Confirmed they received it.... no return was honored, they refused to. Tried the general manager and he also refused to return my calls/messages. Very disappointing customer service. Will not buying more parts!

I am a first-time Porsche owner. I probably chose the worst time possible to purchase a new car as I ordered my Macan just as the surge of the Covid variant began in the summer of 2021 when the auto industry first began experiencing “chip” shortages. My good fortune was that Sully Kurdi was my sales consultant, particularly during these unique times. I submitted my order for a specific Macan in June 2021 and it was delivered from Germany in January 2022. I was impressed by Sully’s professionalism, patience, and responsiveness as he navigated through the months of waiting. He kept me informed on the progress of my car through the manufacturing and shipping process. It takes an especially capable person like Sully to be able to retain his sense of humor and keep my confidence when the lack of chips forced the delivery date to be postponed several times, to the extent that I started midyear ordering a 2021 model but changed to a 2022 model when I realized I would not get delivery until January. I found Sully to be honest and straightforward. He is unusually knowledgeable about the Porsche brand and seems to understand more about it because of his own experiences in Germany and Europe. I recommend him highly and can assure anyone who deals with him that he will make every effort to provide a positive experience. P.S. I love my Macan. A real pleasure to drive!

I just took delivery of my 718 Spyder on Oct 20th. It was such a special and amazing experience. From ordering the car with my SA David Farnell to sighing the paperwork at delivery, everything is smooth and easy with excellent communication. Couldn’t imagine a better experience, and the car surely doesn’t disappoint either
