Foggy window, can’t see anything outside , it’s not worthy for the first class, we go as a couple and have to seat very close to stranger. No leg room, the food is bad and cheap, just like snacks. Not have any guideline what to do in Old forge. Before had planned to go back with family next year but no thanks

Horrible customer service. I had two Diamond class tickets for 9/18. They cancelled the trip with no explanation and only 2 days notice. I’ve been calling (and emailing) since then to reschedule with absolutely no response. No one answering phones or messages. Their season ends on October 15th, so there are limited options. I need to know in a timely manner whether or not I can reschedule so I can take the day off work and now re-plan my travels to the Utica station for departure. I am appalled that I’ve gotten no response and it’s been over a week.

just finished riding this train and other then relaxing in Old forge the train ride isnt scenic at all it goes 50 miles per hour and everything is a blurr, i took a 3 minute video and wasted my time, i dont recomend this train to anyone, just take a Amtrak its much cheaper one star for the food in OldForge

Amazing experience ! The staff was truly amazing , everyone was friendly, courteous and just made our train ride truly exceptional !! Our conductor was very friendly and very knowledgeable, Can’t say enough good things about our whole experience ! It is an incredible value for what you get !

You absolutely can. I know of people that have brought food from the Trackside Restaurant on the train as well.

The operators are extremely conscientious of their speed and the conditions of the weather and rails. We've rode with them a dozen times and it's never felt dangerous
