Had a great experience shopping here for my new sectional! Barron was super friendly and helpful as my sales rep and gave me helpful info in making sure the sectional would work for my space. The delivery went smoothly, but after the drivers left noticed the ottoman was marked/damaged. Called the store immediately and Estella went above and beyond to coordinate getting a new ottoman delivered to me in just 2 days! I love my new sectional and so glad I went to AFW.

Go Long

I purchased $3k worth of furniture including family room tables. Within the first 6 mos the paint/finish started flaking/chipping off the tables like they were never finished. After submitting pics and emails, I called. Tina w/ AFW contacted me. She was extremely helpful and made me appreciate good customer service. The delivery associates, especially the lead were top notch.

We lost our home in the Marshall Fire and went here to get some furniture. They were generous and gave us a voucher! We love our sofa. It’s perfect! We also like the bed we got too! Thanks so much for being so awesome!

Great selection of furniture to look at. Awesome place to be ignored. I found something I wanted, but the staff avoided me for 30 minutes. It's a good thing though, I found something similar, of better quality, for less at Furniture Row, where they actually spoke to me!
