DO NOT MOVE HERE This complex is disgusting. Any positive reviews for the property are FAKE! No sane person could ever think of something nice to say about this place. Homeless people setting fires! Cockroach infestations, homeless people breaking into the building, and cars in the lot. UNSAFE!! We broke our lease to get away from the nightmare that is this property. Management would not fix the A/C for over 2 weeks when it was over 100°. Management regularly does not answer phones. Makes up bill totals. Are never in office even during regular business hours. Impossible to reach. My experience with Greystar is completely unacceptable. My only hope is that they go out of business, to save other people from the hell of renting from them...

Not bad. Friendly and understanding staff, lots to do in the area. Only complaints, the major one is that maintenance can be extremely stubborn and unresponsive (This rating often changes due to their performance) and also there's a ton of crime in the area.

Slum apartments at luxury prices! I recently moved out of this dump after they raised the rent $200! When i asked why it was going up when nothing was updated, all they could tell me was it was market value! My patio door has been an issue since day one, and all they ever did was promise to replace it. It never happened! It was the original door from when they built the place! The door was hard to open, the screen never closed properly and it was extremely drafty! Winter sucked in that place! My heating bill was over $90 even when though i kept the heat at 64°, and that wasn't by choice! My patio would flood after it rained b/c there were 2 down spouts right outside my gate. In the winter it was an ice rink for the same reason. They always promised they were working on it! Just recently moved out and wanted to be there for the walk thorough. Set a date and time and they never showed up. I was in my lunch hour and couldn't wait all day! And they rarely answer their phone or call back when you leave a message! Don't rent from them!

Terrible experience, new management sucks and likes to throw on extra expenses. No communication between front desk and maintenance. The only front desk person who has a slightest hint of help is Renaee, but even then she had to be pushed to follow through with her word. Unneeded delays with moving day, and tried to charge us a month that we were not even able to access the apartment. Hopefully over the remaining months on lease they will pull their stuff together, but hightly don't recommend until they can figure themselves out. 0/5 stars. Terrible fake and staged photos online. They charge a $45 "convince" fee on a system they are starting to force new Tennants to use.
