I ordered the Culvers delux, fries, and a chocolate shake. I really enjoyed my food and wished we had one closer to me. I though in n out service was good but this place is a step up for sure. The food was great too ... my favorite was the shake, the burger was great too, the fries i though were a little forgettable. Great first impression

Before I bash the horrible quality of their food, let me just say that the employees are super friendly and very courteous and I think they are doing their jobs exactly as they should to the best of their ability and they are probably doing a good job. My issue is with the food, almost completely tasteless and much of it was fried and tasted like it. If this kind of food is what you consider comfort food, you are not going to live past 70, if you even make it to that age. This greasy tasteless food will kill you faster than your grandparents tasteless greasy food ever did. This is just my humble opinion, I have been there three times now to try different options and was disappointed all three times.

Such a bad experience tonight There was only 4 cars ahead of us, 3 of which were waiting for their orders and one at the window. Order process went fine, but waited 30 minutes to get 2 Butter Burgers. The 4 people ahead of us and then 6 after us were serviced in a decent amount of time...but we were left sitting there. I finally stopped the young lady as she was delivering to yet another customer to ask about my order. No explanation finally got order but was left with a very bad impression.
