I love Popeyes this was not even close to what it should have been. Order wrong twice. No sides. No credit cards inside but credit cards ok at drive thru. Red beans and rice had no flavor. Tasted like water and rice. Told they had no popcorn shrimp for combo, then watched popcorn shrimp dropped in the fryer.Not coming back to this location.

I Went to eat at Popeyes. I was told I could not use the bathroom. The ladies and the men's bathrooms had stickers on the doors that said, out of order. The man told us we could walk next door to Jack in the box. I will call the health department and see what the rules are.

My husband went in to pick up an online order through drive thru they tried to say it's already been picked up. They then said doordash accidentally picked it up. They didn't want to remake it until he walked in the doors. I get the food service industry sucks I used to be a manager for one but dang there's absolutely no excuses for that. Staff needs an attitude adjustment. Also managers said that any pick up order goes through doordash which is a lie. Got upset we actually expected our food after THEIR mistake and told us they wouldn't serve us. That's fine we don't we don't want to come back to this location. Really sad when the other location that's mostly teenagers does their job better.

I have been to this location a few times, never had a reason to review them until now. While the service was great and the food came out quick, THEY FORGOT MY ONION RINGS! I should have checked the bag, but instead I drove for an hour before discovering that they left it out of my order. I was charged for onion rings, and the cashier repeated my order to me. Not really sure how they could have missed it since I was the third car (of three) in line. Regarding what I did receive -food was hot, tasted normal, and reasonably portioned. The drumsticks were a little small, but everything else looks fine. Note: I ate some of the green beans and a biscuit prior to taking these pictures.
