The lady that cut my hair didn’t listen to me on what I wanted, and just said “oh well this is what’s in style right now” and completely screwed up my haircut. Went to the other Supercuts at Bradburn Village in Westminster and saw Emylee to fix the disaster that the other lady created. Absolutely DO NOT go here, go see Emylee or any of the other much more talented hairstylists in Bradburn Village, literally just down the street from this location. All the stylists at this location needs to go back to school.

I don't know what that one employees name is but she needs to lose her job. I went to cosmetology school and the sheers are designed to be able to cut hair of all kinds. Curly or straight or wavy or coarse or thin or anything else. She was 100% in the wrong for what she did.

I just have to say i had hope for this place. I walked in and the manager was wearing a gingerbread man costume. there was only one lady inside.. so i think it was the manager. i let that slide but then she refuses to cut my curly hair… so she just shaves it all off. i was so shocked. then next thing i know she runs to the back of the story and grabs a baby that looks like it’s been held captive and throws it at my newly shaved head.

Walked in, sat down, waited kindly and patiently to talk to stylist. there's only one employee on a Saturday, she was extremely rude when she finally got to us, told us not to waste her time, she's in a rush. rudely asked for our info to put us on a list. we were willing to wait until we had to deal with her attitude. then proceeded to ask if we wanted to stay or leave.
