I can not rate the food, because I did not even get seated, I understand everybody is short staffed, but after waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes, I decided to leave, the waiter was waiting on 2 other tables (it was early, the only customers at that time) he looked at me, took their order to kitchen, I waited a bit more and left, atleast acknowledge me, say you will be right with me, something? I strongly believe in great customer service, especially if your short handed, falls back on management!

Waitress was friendly and attentive but the food was not good. I ordered the grilled cheese and it tasted like it was soaked in pam and the cheese had no flavor. And at over $4 per glass, the chocolate milk was ridiculously overpriced.

Came here for the first time. Came with 12 people and only had about a 5min wait. All of the servers and staffing was super friendly. Service was prompt. Food was amazing. Prices were reasonable.

I don't know if your complaining or if this is a legitimate question. The reason the plates are warm is because of the very hot water used to wash them to eliminate bacteria. They probably don't have many plates or the dishwashers were slower than the cooks so as plates were cleaned food was immediately put on.
Equipment issues... Can't cook for the guest if the equipment is malfunctioning... Either way the guest is going to be pissed... Can Never please them.
